The Sirens’ Wail exhibition at Cittadella
The Sirens’ Wail is an Italian multiartistic exhibition which is being held at the Cittadella Art Centre Gallery at the Victoria Citadel.
The exhibition will run until the 23rd of August and is being shown as the project for an interartistic exhibition.
The Sirens’ Wail, the brain child of Amina Contin, who put all the pieces of this inspiring jigsaw puzzle together, is more than an exhibition – it is a story of the Sirens’ myth personified in various artistic spheres.
Namely, a photographic display by Elena Ermacora, a selection of sculptures by Giorgio Benedetti, a collection of jewels designed by Miroslava Rumenoff, L’Odissea a stageplay by Gianluigi Tosto and finally a performance by the actress and singer Teresa Fallai.
The exhibition will also be held at the Corinthia Palace Hotel and Spa, San Anton, Malta, between the 25th of August and the 1st of September.
