A 51-year-old man is in danger of dying after finding himself in difficulty while swimming at Ta’ Xbiex on Sunday afternoon. 

The police reported that man, who lives in Msida, was swimming at around 4pm on Sunday when he found himself in difficulty. An ambulance took him to hospital where he was certified as being in danger of dying.
