The Maltese Triathlon Association is organising the ChooseMalta.com National Triathlon Championship on Sunday 4th October at Salina Bay at 8:00CET.

In the men’s category, Dermot Galea is expected to be challenged from his you younger brother Keith. Keith Galea has obtained positive results in the competitions that he participated in United Kingdom and Belgium. Dermot’s experience can help the athlete to retain the title for the ninth time.

Danica Spiteri and Michelle Wood are two main athletes competing in the women’s competition. Both athletes have won gold and silver medals in the Mediterranean (Sicily-Malta) Friendship Games organised by the Maltese and the Sicilian Olympic committees in Marsala. Danica Spiteri has already won eight championships.
