A 33-year-old Gozitan man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon at Cirkewwa after he was found to be in possession of drugs.

A random search of vehicles boarding the Gozo ferry at Cirkewwa led to the arrest of the man who began driving in a suspicious manner on seeing the police. The police found 80g of heroin in his car.
