The level of alcohol in the blood of Anthony Taliana, the motorist who allegedly ran over cyclist Cliff Micallef who died on impact, was above the limit stipulated by law.

Even though the urine sample taken six hours after the accident showed an alcohol level below the maximum limit allowed, scientific analysis revealed that at the time of the accident Taliana’s alchohol level was higher than the maximum limit.
