Vodafone Malta experienced a technical fault on Thursday in its prepaid service platform at around 11:00 CET. This created a disruption of service to pre-paid customers although not all customers in this category were affected. The rest of Vodafone’s services and customers were not affected by this fault.

All Vodafone’s pre-paid services were restored back to normal at around 15:00 CET. Vodafone Malta apologised for any inconvenience caused.
