In another case, a local warden, 25-year-old Carlo Micallef and the two men, 48-year-old Tarcisio Bongailas and his 23-year-old son Justin Bongailas, were charged with fighting amongst themselves.
The Bongailas father and son, who were in a truck that was stopped by the warden for being overloaded with fruit and vegetables, ended up in a fight with the warden.
