Thea Garrett faces her first obstacle after breaching a contract she had signed with Exotique Record Label, managed by Grace Borg, a former head of the Maltese delegation for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Grace Borg maintains that on the day she got to know that Thea Garrett was in the final 20, she had contacted PBS to tell them about Garrett’s contract with her label, however Garrett’s contract with PBS was signed anyway.

Grace Borg said that she will be taking to court Thea Garrett’s family for breaching the contract.

PBS stated that their lawyers will be discussing the issue with Grace Borg’s lawyer, however Borg feels that this is not appropriate.

Details about Malta’s entry to the Eurovision Song Contest available at EurovisionMalta.com.
