The trial by jury has begun at the Old Bailey in Surrey England of 34-year-old Peter Wallner who is being charged with the murder of his wife after he had put her body in a wheelie bin outside their home in Surrey.

Mr Wallner had been was spotted in Malta when he had come here with his new Maltese wife Lilia Fenech in May last year and was escorted back to the UK.
