Young Russian woman hit by car in Sliema

An 18-year-old Russian woman was critically injured when she was run over in Sliema on Friday evening .
The police reported that the accident happened at around 20:30 CEST in Tower Road Sliema where a Honda Civic car driven by a 19-year-old man from Mosta hit the woman.
The woman was rushed to hospital where she was certified to be seriously injured and in danger of dying.
