Video:Mother of one-year-old baby dies in head-on collision

A 26-year-old woman from St Paul’s Bay has died in a head-on collision early on Friday morning along the Gharghur By-pass.
The police reported that the accident occurred at around 04:45 CEST when a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by an 18-year-old man from Pieta’ and a Toyota Starlet driven by a 26-year-0ld woman from St Paul’s Bay collided head-on.
A medical team sent on site certified that the woman was dead while a one-year-old baby, who was a passenger in the Toyota car, was taken to hospital but was not injured.
