A 77-year-old man from Siggiewi was slightly injured when his car and another car driven by a 26-year-old man from Fgura collided on Friday morning in Zurrieq.

The police reported that the accident occurred at around 09:00 CEST in Valletta Road in Zurrieq. The elderly man was taken to hospital by ambulance. Since he was only slightly injured, he was released after treatment.
