On Friday the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) board has approved the two proposed alterations to Renzo Piano’s plans for the parliament building at Freedom Square, Valletta.

The first alteration seeks to reorganisation the parliamentary archives and servicing plant at the second Level, also minor alterations to the upper levels of the parliament building have been applied. The second alternation concerns changes to the external building.
