The sculpture dedicated to local actors in the newly paved Bisazza Street, which street had just undergone a €750,000 renovation project founded by the government, has been vandalised.
The sculpture features actors Ġemma Portelli, Charles Clews and Victor Apap sitting around a table, with an empty chair for people to sit next to them and take photos with them. Vandals have struck Mr Clews’ face which was shattered to pieces.
Bisazza Street has only been inaugurated earlier in June.
