Man arrested after St Julians drug bust

On Friday a 27-year-old man from Qormi was arrested for drug possession after the police discovered 250g of cannabis and a capsule filled with cocaine in his apartment in St Julians.
The police said that the garages in the area were also searched leading to the discovery of 15kg of cannabis resin, 537 ecstasy pills and around 10g of cocaine.
He is to be arraigned in Court under charges of association, trafficking and possession of drugs.
Magistrate Antonio Mizzi is leading an inquiry.
