On Friday a 30-year-old man from Valletta pleaded guilty to trying to sell cannabis to 14-year-old Spanish Students and a pregnant woman in Valletta, he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment.

The man, Stephen Nappa tried to sell cannabis to three 14-year-old Spanish students and a Maltese pregnant woman near City Gate on Tuesday; he was caught after he was reported to the police by the teenage students.

Furthermore Mr Nappa pleaded guilty to possession of heroin.
