Early on Thursday morning a car caught fire in Triq Qawsalla, Msida, no one was injured in the incident.

The police confirmed that a Toyota FunCargo caught fire at around 03:55hrs CEST.

The fire was controlled by members of the Civil Protection Department; aToyota Starlet parked in front of the FunCargo was also damaged with the fire.

An inquiry was set.
