On Satuday a 21-year-old woman from Hamrun was seriously injured when she was hit by a car in St Anne Street, Floriana.

The police said the woman who was hit by a Peugeot 107, driven by a 37-year-old woman from Fgura was seriously injured at 12:45hrs CEST. Her condition is stable.
