Man injured in Marsa crash

A 46-year-old man from Valetta was seriously injured in a traffic accident at Marsa on Sunday afternoon.
The police confirmed that at around 16:30hrs CEST the man lost control of his vehicle, a white Fiat Brava and crashed into a tree in December 13 road, Marsa.
Personnel from the Civil Protection Department helped take the man out of the car who was then rushed to hospital where he is being treated for serious but not life threatening injuries.
