Motorcyclist injured in Fgura collision

A 34-year-old motorcyclist from Marsascala was grievously injured after colliding with a Fiat Punto at around 11:30hrs CEST on Sunday at Zabbar Road, Fgura. His condition is stable.
The police said the 34-year-old was driving a Kawasaki ZX when it collided with a Fiat Punto driven by a 32-year-old man from Zabbar. A 31-year-old woman from Zabbar and a three-month-old baby were passengers in the car.
The motorcyclist and the baby was taken to Mater Dei Hospital, the baby has not sustained any injuries, whereas the man was grievously injured.
Further investigations are underway.
