A 25-year-old Italian man was seriously injures after he was hit by a car on Dragonara Rd, St Julian’s, at around 05:00hrs CEST on Monday. His condition is stable.

The police said the man was hit by a Peugeot 306 driven by a 58-year-old man from Msida. He was then rushed to Mater Dei hospital where he is being treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries.

Further investigations are underway.
