Woman grievously injured in Victoria crash

A 38-year-old woman from Victoria was grievously injured in a traffic accident in Capuchin’s Street, Victoria at around 13:30hrs CEST on Sunday. Another two men and two children were slightly injured.
The police said a Volkwagen Golf, driven by a 40 year-old man from Qala collided with a Volkswagen Passat that was being driven by a 53-year-old man from Nadur. The woman together with a 13-year-old girl and a nine-year-old boy were passengers in the Golf.
All five were rushed to the Gozo General Hospital by ambulance. The woman has been certified to be grievously injured but in a stable condition.
