Hotel Phoenicia’s Pegasus Brasserie will be open until the early hours of the morning during this Saturday’s much awaited Notte Bianca at the city of Valletta. The Brasserie will be offering a special breakfast menu from 1am onwards.
The Pegasus Brasserie offers typical brasserie style dishes as well as a choice of imaginative pasta dishes and salads.  With a sleek black glass bar, a warm oak parquet flooring and a large black board featuring the outline of a pegasus and the chef’s specials of the day, the whole room exudes a welcome that makes one relax instantly and settle down to enjoy good food.  An outdoor area with garden furniture is also available for al fresco drinks and dining.
One can also experience Hotel Phoenicia’s fine cuisine at the “Bia” kiosk located at Freedom Square.  Bia, the Gaelic word for food, will be serving beef and Guinness stew, a selection of wraps and cold drinks for you to enjoy.
This year’s Notte Bianca proposes to delight the crowds with music, theatre and dance performances on every street corner between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. Churches, historic buildings and for the first time even museums, will once again throw open their doors to the public for this year’s edition of Notte Bianca.
