Gaffiero Kung Fu kwoon is introducing a new ancient Chinese martial arts in Malta, the Shaolin Kung Fu in collaboration with Jiao Shi Ghislain from France. Now, for the first time in Malta, Shaolin Kung Fu classes shall be available for everyone interested in learning this ancient style of Kung Fu.

The recent shows performed at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta by the Shaolin monks have left those who attended speechless. Surely, the impressive moves executed by these martial artists will not be easily forgotten by those.

Gaffiero Kung Fu kwoon are proudly introducing Shaolin Kung Fu for all those who are seriously interested in taking up this martial art training. Jiao Shi Ghislain from France will be teaching this magnificent style at Gaffiero Kung Fu kwoon in Sliema.

Ghislain started to study Shaolin Kung Fu in France from Dan Schwartz (the great master who introduced Shaolin Kung Fu in Europe) and Tony Dehas. Ghislain was awarded his black belt in 1997. In 2000 and 2001 he was the champion of Normandie in various Kung Fu national competitions (Gold medal in weapon demos, silver medal in Tao Lu & gold medal in sparring). In 2005, Ghislain decided to travel to China for a year to get deeper in Chinese philosophy and their way of life.

Ghislain moved to Malta where he is trying to introduce Shaolin Kung Fu locally with the collaboration of Gaffiero Mon Lung Kung Fu Academy.

Lessons will be held once a week starting in November 2008 and are open for males & females over 13 years old. Places are limited and hence interested applicants are requested to apply as soon as possible not to miss out on this unique opportunity.
