Shop owner robbed at Paola

A shop owner was robbed of €800 on Sunday evening just as he was about to close his shop in Luqa Road in Paola.
The police reported that the hold-up occurred at around 21:30 CET when a hooded and armed man demanded the shop owner hand over the money. He then ran off with the money. No one was injured in this incident.
