Video: Animal circus claims discrimination
Posted on November 28th, 2009
A company that intends to bring over an animal circus during the Christmas holidays is claiming discrimination against it because school visits to the circus have been prohibited.
This company has filed a judicial protest against the Director of Educational Services claiming discrimination because school visits to the circus have been prohibited. The company is arguing that the ban implied that there was animal cruelty at the circus, when this was not the case.
