Four men aged between 29 and 36 were arrested by police on Monday over possession and trafficking of heroin.

The arrests were made following a raid by the Drugs Squad in a residence in Naxxar following a tip off and surveillance of the area.

According to a police report, the 36 year-old had several sachets of heroin in his possession suggesting an intention to traffic the drugs.
