Archbishop Paul Cremona has described the meeting that the Pope held with the alleged sex abuse victims at the Apostolic Nunciature early on Sunday afternoon as deeply moving.

The Archbishop said that the Pope was deeply moved by their stories and expressed his shame and sorrow over what victims and their families have suffered.
