Man injured in car crash in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq

A traffic accident around midnight Friday in the coast road, Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, left a man seriously injured but not in danger of dying.
The crash happened between two cars, a Fiat Punto driven by a 21-year-old woman from San Ġwann, going in the direction of St. Julian’s, and a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by a 37-year-old man from San Ġwann as well, who was driving in the opposite direction.
An ambulance took the man to Mater Dei hospital, as he was suffering from fractures, but was not certified as in danger of dying. The woman was not injured.
Police investigations are under way.
