Man critically injured in garage fire

A 42-year-old man Marsascala was critically injured at around 14:00 CEST on Saturday in a garage fire in Żejtun.
The police reported that the man was working inside his garage in Żejtun Road when the garage caught fire. Civil Protection employees put out the fire and the man was rushed to hospital where he was certified to be seriously injured and in danger of dying.
