L-Akkademja tal-Malti journals dedicated to Guze Gatt
‘L-Akkademja tal-Malti’ has recently published a special collection of journals dedicated to the famous Maltese Melitensia writer Cuze Gatt.
Guze Gatt was a vivid Maltese write who promoted Maltese language and history he was born in 1886 and died in 1976 aged 80. This collection will be amogst the few published works on Gatt a writer who promoted Maltese culture with such passion.
Gatt was amongst the first member of ‘Għaqda tal-Kittieba tal-Malti’, today known as ‘l-Akkademja tal-Malti’. Gatt has also been the one to provide significant studies on Mikiel Anton Vassalli and Ninu Cremona.
Guze Gatt has never published a collection of his researches but has numerous published works in journals. This collection of journals is a recollection on his most significant works and researches including those on the theatre, communications media and biography. In this way his works wil be available for Maltese researchers the ‘Akkademja tal-Malti’ said in a press release.
This collection is thus aimed for those interested in the Maltese language and it’s history and those interested in Gatt’s bibliography. The journals will cost €9.50.
