38-year-old Stephen Spiteri pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting two British girls in 2007, on a paddle boat in Ghadira Bay, Mellieha.

The man, from Valletta, is accused of assaulting Marie-Nicola Thompson, 20, and her sister Kerrie. It took Ms Thompson three years to file an official report, however both her and her sister testified in court, against Mr Spiteri.
