The Malta Cultural Institute will be presenting its 4th Concert for the 2010/ 2011, on Monday 10th January in the Grand Exhibition Hall of the Hotel Le Meridien St. Julian’s, Balluta Bay, at 19:00 CEST. This will be a Grand New Year Concert with a fantastic fusion of Opera and Ballet, presenting Russian and Maltese artists.
