Video: Malta fails to qualify for Eurovision 2011 final

On Tuesday Malta failed to qualify for the Eurovision Song Contest final to be held this Saturday in Germany. Glen Vella gave a good performance but it did not make it among the 10 semi-finalists that will compete on Sunday. The qualified countries are Serbia, Lithuania, Greece, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Switzerland, Hungary, Finland, Russia and Iceland.
Malta has not qualified for the final on several occasions in last five years.
