Bank of Valletta is supporting ‘Intervention in the City’, a workshop brought together by the artist and teacher, Ralph De Lange, as part of the Bank’s collaboration with the Malta Design Week.
Charles Azzopardi from Marketing at BOV met Ralph De Lange at the workshop held at the Old University Building in Valletta. Ralph De Lange took Charles through the progress achieved during the workshop. “This workshop is a great opportunity to local students, designers, artists and the general public. The work being produced by the students is very intriguing and we are encouraged to see such commitment and enthusiasm by these youngsters. Bank of Valletta is proud to be part of this experience and to have given this opportunity to our upcoming creative people” said Charles Azzopardi.
Ralph de Lange is an artist, teacher and founder of MIX Academy private school, a school based in Amsterdam which aims at bringing out the true individual self. He explained how his workshop is based on the mentality governing his school which seeks to allow participants to be free in expressing themselves without limitations and to be creative in their proposals.
