Man critical in Marsa Race Course accident

A 62-year-old man from San Gwann is in a critical condition after he was hit by a vehicle at the Marsa Race Course at around 14:00hrs CEST on Saturday.
The police said the man was hit by a vehicle used in horse races; the man was then given first aid by personnel from a private ambulance, which then rushed him to Mater Dei hospital for treatment.
Further investigations are underway.
