A 21-year-old man from Valletta and an 18-year-old from Mosta were seriously injured when their car crashed into a wall in Triq Tal-Balal, San Gwann at around 22:15hrs CEST on Sunday.

The police said a Honda Civic, driven by the 21-year-old, crashed into a wall. The18-year-old was a passenger.

The two were rushed to Mater Dei hospital where they are being treated for serious but not life threatening injuries.

Further investigations are underway.
