The Hotel Phoenicia Employee of the Year Award has been awarded to Ms. Dorianne Cassar.

Ms Cassar has had a long history with the hotel, lasting over eight years. However this year, she outshined through her commitment to the hotel’s core values and her hard work in the re-launching of the hotel’s newly refurbished Pegasus Brasserie.

“She has proven herself an instrumental team leader, as she continues to train and motivate her dedicated team. The results have been more than positive, as can be demonstrated by the ever increasing number of diners.”

Dorianne Cassar’s indispensable efforts have earned her a commemorative Phoenician Glass Plate, as well as a four day stay in one of the Phoenicia’s sister hotels in Ireland.
